How do I care for my Adiaha Eyo Jewelry?
Apply products such as makeup, perfumes, hairspray, lotions, petroleum jelly, or oils before wearing your Adiaha Eyo jewelry.
Remove your Adiaha Eyo jewelry before engaging in any indoor/outdoor sports, doing household/outdoor chores, swimming or showering. Water and abrasive chemicals can damage precious stones.
Store each piece separately in a cool dry place. Necklaces are best stored by hanging them. Bracelets should be stored on a jewelry stand or in your Adiaha Eyo pouch.
To clean your precious gemstone jewelry wipe it with a clean, soft, damp cloth after wearing. This will enhance the luster and assure that your jewelry is clean before being stored. Do not use jewelry cleaner on gemstones.
I purchased a piece that contains a lava bead. Is that unique?
Yes, lava beads are porous rocks. They absorb oils and can be used for aromatherapy.
What is Aromatherapy?
Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils, and other aroma compounds to improve psychological or physical well-being.
What is an essential oil ?
An essential oil is a concentrated liquid containing volatile aroma compounds from plants. Essential oils are generally extracted by distillation, often by using steam. Essential Oils have been used for centuries for their therapeutic and healing benefits.
How do I apply essential oils to my lava stone?
Apply 1-2 drops of essential oil directly on the lava bead(s) and let them dry for 5 minutes. The porous nature of the lava rock will absorb the oil and allow you to wear the oil without it transferring to other materials.
If you happen to get any on your chain or other beads use a damp cloth to wipe it clean.
How long will the aroma last?
It depends on the potency of your essential oils. Typically, 1-2 drops will generally last 3-5 days. Some scents will last longer than others. You can Re-apply oils onto the lava beads as desired.

Where does Adiaha Eyo Ship?
Adiaha Eyo currently ships within the United States. Most merchandise ships within 3 – 10 days of a processed payment. But keep in mind that some things may take longer to ship depending on the material(s) needed.

Can I return or exchange my Adiaha Eyo jewelry?
Customer satisfaction is the #1 priority for Adiaha Eyo. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your order for item(s) of equal or lesser value within 7 days from the date of receipt. Yes, submit request to events@AdiahaEyo.com. Requests will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Does Adiaha Eyo have a repair center?
Of course we do! If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a no-charge repair.
