CANDLE FAQs
How do I get the best results from my candle.
Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn to get rid of the smoke. Trimming the wick ensures the candle is safe for the environment and makes it last longer.
The first burn is the most important. Burn your candle until the wax pool reaches the edge of the jar. This creates a candle pool memory that ensures a good burn for the life of the candle.
What do I do if the crystal gets too close to the wick?
Watch as your crystals release from the wax.If they get too close to the wick use a or a spoon to move them away from the wick.
Black smoke is coming out of my candle, what do I do?
All candles (not just wood wick candles) will product black smoke if you burn them for long enough. Simply trim the wick to 1/8 inch before each burn to get rid of the smoke. Trimming the wick ensures the candle is safe for the environment and makes it last longer.
How long can I burn my candle?
It is advised that no candle should be burnt for more than 4 hours in one sitting.
How do I remove the crystal?
To Remove the crystal(s) from your candle use a metal spoon and cleanse with warm soapy water. Add your new crystal(s) to any place you need good vibes. Small crystals will sink below the wax after the first burn, but don't worry. It will reveal itself again when relit!
